Human rights

We are committed to upholding the fundamental rights and freedoms of all people. We believe that everyone has the right to work freely and with dignity, and we are committed to ensuring that everyone associated with our business is treated fairly and with respect.

We are dedicated to responsible business practices and to eliminating and preventing adverse human rights and environmental impacts in our operations and supply chain.

UPHOLDING HUMAN RIGHTS IN OUR VALUE CHAIN

Pandora’s vertically integrated value chain gives us a strong ability to shape how our jewellery is made and marketed. We use this influence to set clear expectations across our operations and supply chain through our Supplier Code of Conduct and Responsible Sourcing Programme, engaging suppliers on key human rights and environmental topics and working collaboratively to drive continuous improvement.

As franchisees and distributors operate stores under the Pandora brand, Pandora’s Franchisee and Distributor Code of Conduct outlines our ongoing effort to foster and strengthen our partnership with the franchisee network.

HUMAN RIGHTS DUE DILIGENCE

Our human rights due diligence (HRDD) approach is guided by the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct.

Our approach to HRDD is continuously evolving. We strive to implement HRDD in a way that enables us to identify, prevent, mitigate, track and remediate actual and potential adverse impacts in our own operations, supply chains and business relationships.

Our Transparency in Supply Chains Statement outlines our due diligence approach and commitment to transparency and accountability and is prepared in line with relevant national legislation.

CREATING SAFE, FAIR AND INCLUSIVE WORKPLACES

We are dedicated to creating environments where all people feel respected and included. Our global policies and standards set out our expectations on:

• Fair and safe working conditions

• Freedom from discrimination and harassment

• Protection of vulnerable groups, including migrant and young workers

• Respect for freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining

• Equitable and adequate wages for all employees

We invest in training, raise awareness and put internal governance in place to ensure that human rights considerations remain embedded in daily decision making across the company.

RESPONSIBLE MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION

As a global brand with significant reach, we recognise our responsibility in how we communicate. We uphold responsible marketing practices that protect consumers, avoid harmful stereotypes and promote positive, inclusive storytelling. Across every channel - digital, in store and beyond - we strive to represent our global community with integrity and authenticity.

Human rights is an evolving area, and we are committed to continuous learning and strengthening our approach
