Our Gemopolis Facility
In 2005, Pandora began operations in Gemopolis, a jewellery industry zone outside Bangkok. Since then, we have expanded our operations on the site several times, most recently in 2018 when we opened the Triple A facility.
Triple A brings several innovations to the crafting of jewellery. It incorporates flow lines where artificial intelligence vehicles transport product parts between workstations manned by up to 5,000 craftspeople. Craftspeople with different skills are seated together to secure a smooth process flow and improve productivity and quality.
The new crafting facility has achieved LEED Gold certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and meets the highest sustainability standards. Wastewater is recycled to save up to 60 percent on water consumption. Energy-saving exhaust systems are implemented. A rooftop garden reduces overall energy consumption and allows employees to relax outdoors.

OUR LAMPHUN FACILITY
The facility takes its design inspiration from our signature charm bracelet. The circular shared area - known as the Halo - at the centre of the facility resembles the bracelet. The buildings, which spread off from the Halo, resemble the charms.
OUR VIETNAM FACILITY
When fully scaled, the new state-of-the-art facility in Vietnam will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.
